Out for Happy Hour OOTD

So everything here  except the turtle neck (WHBM) and the Jewlery( wholesale Jewlery district NY) was thrifted .. Botkier purse, Ellen Tracy suede booties and Gap Jeans !! Total cost $12! Ladies you do not have to pay hundreds of dollars for style!!  Want an outfit for that special occasion thrift it!!  I got so many compliments I am thinking about becoming. Thrift Sylist!
