What's a "Thirfty Flashback" ?

Well my friends... I think I am the first to coin a new term THRIFTY FLASHBACK" .. Yes you heard it here first! So what is a Thrifty Flashback"  ... You ask ... First let me say there are good ones and ... Not so good ones...

The good ones are those moments that you can recall finding that treasure... The one where you look around to see if anyone else has noticed that gem !! You know that new pair of Kate Spades , or that new Calvin dress ... Tags and all !  You can almost feel the rush as you "THEIFTY QUICK SNATCH" ( another term I have coined)  that item and put in you basket as you walk quickly up to the a shire to check out.... Of course you can't wait to get to the car and look at one more time!

Then..... My friends.... There are the bad ones.. That nervous overwhelmed feeling ... As you wrestle with yourself... Should I get it?!? It's more than I want to spend... !  No, no... I am going to pass it up.. I have like fifteen pairs of black shoes... Right?  You head home... And all you can think about are those Donal Pliner suede black stilettos !    You wake up early in the moring.. .. CRAP ! You say as you have a " THRIFTY FLASHBACK"... My feet were looking good in those heels! I knew I should have gotten them!! Oh no!! What if there gone... As you scheme how you are going to  get out of work at lunchtime to make a quick run to your favorite joint to  get the,.... AFTER you make a pit-stop at the good pled ATM !

Sound familiar ??? Now you know what a THRIFTY FLASHBACK is.. Good of not so good.. They feed our desire for that next great THRIFTY FIND!!

 Ok ! Let's just say I am in big trouble  ! This place is fueling my thrifting addiction in a big big way !! I need help!😳   I always have that overwhelmed feeling when I walk in the door. Telling myself I am only staying a certain amount of time! Yeah right ! The thing is as soon as you find that first great item you know you are in for the long haul !  This trip it was a new with tags Guess sweater dress ! Yup ! Sitting right on top of the heal !  What?? Didn't those other people see it ?? Nope... It was meant for me! ....SNATCH!! you are mine and now I am hooked!
