Gluten Free is for Me!

Ok as a thrifter who is also a foodie. I occasionally like to share some of my yummy dishes  so here goes... Below see pictures of tonight's yummie meal Oven Fried Chicken and Waffles. All gluten free. I used on the chicken a combination of rice flour, chick pea flour ( that was home made)and a little of  my homemade Italian bread crumbs. ..made from rice crackers !  For the waffles I used Red Mill Pancake mix !  Every thing was delicious!

Also, I have included  a picture of my absolutly must have Mussels Magnifico.. With garlic, white wine, tomToes and onion with a touch of parsley !   Leave me a message if you would like the how to!

Today I made a surprise visit to the local #familythriftcenter. I always find something ! Today was shoes !! Yes! I can only fit one pair. Lol! The rest ??? Well off to eBay they go
